Water Quality/Spot free

Newbie here. I am considering buying a SS car Wash in my town and need to determine whether I need a spot free rinse system or not. What answers (hardness, softness, PPM, etc) am I looking for in the water quality report from the city?

You almost always need a spot free system. You test hardness, which even at 1 will leave spots. PPM over 30 will spot.
