water separator

I need to add a water separator in my air line. I see prices from $6 to $6000. KR has one for $150. What do I need and how much should it cost?
Any thoughts?
Thanks

They're going to vary by price depending on brand, pipe size and whether the drain is manual or automatic. If this is just for the FloJet you've discussed before, you don't need anything expensive.

I put a small one in front of the flojet but it has a very small bowl on it. I'm not sure if it drains itself or not but it looks like it may fill up pretty quickly. I was thinking about putting in a bigger one right out of the compressor. I think my doors and all those Mac valves would be better served.

Owen Wilson had a great line in one of those stupid Jackie Chan movies. He said "what in our history makes you think I'm capable of doing something like that?"
I read your thread before I posted but it was so far over my head I didn't consider it possible for me. It is probably a stretch of my mechanical cababilities to cut the air line and screw in an in line separator but I am willing to take that project on.
I do need one for sure that will drain itself. I'm getting a fair amount of water from the little one in front of my flojet.
