Hello Gents,
Needing some troubleshooting help. My goldline ACW is reading "equipment not ready" and the Red Lion says "home prox needs replaced". So, I replaced the home prox and replaced its cable. The error on the Red Lion is still saying "home prox needs replaced. I have checked all my capacitive prox sensors by flagging them with something metallic, confirming the visual lights come on, AND, by checking the inputs on the PLC to insure each is functioning properly. I checked my telcos, replace one transmitter, and both are now working (length of car and boom safety eye). I used an orange safety cone and placed in the path of the "undercarriage start" and "treadplate start" sensors to confirm the PLC is "seeing them blocked".
I'm at a loss. Any help?
