Water wizard pay heads

Good afternoon, does anybody know of a company that could repair older pay heads from water wizard? A friend is giving one to me but I am not sure if they can be updated. This one has the full touchscreen no buttons.

I've been in the car wash business for what seems like forever, what is a "Pay head"?
