Seems like every day there is another issue! My water wizard triple shine yellow color only is not coming out from the nozzle. The Procon pump is coming on. The solenoid is opening. The machine is calling for it but, nada. Perhaps the line is clogged or the pump is not building pressure? Is there an easy way to check this out?

Make sure the pump is primed, just crack the fitting loose on the outlet. You'll know right away if that's the problem if foam comes out first instead of liquid.

It spews liquid when I loosen the hose. Is there a common place that an obstruction would occur?

In the foam module on top of the machine. Take hose off at intake, then turn it on to see if liquid is there. I removed all three of my foamers because they were clogged. Product still foams fine without the foamer module. It is a gray piece of pvc pipe about a foot or so long. There are three of them bracketed together, one for each color.

Upon review of this issue. I removed and replaced the foamer. While it is calling for triple shine I have liquid at the inlet side of the foamer and only air on the outlet. Maybe my pump is not pushing enough pressure to get the liquid through the foamer? Are the Procon pumps adjustable?

Some of them are adjustable, but it wouldn't just go out of adjustment. Make sure the pump is getting plenty of liquid, check that the tank screen is clear or disconnect the line from the tank and check the flow. The pump may have gone bad.

Well this is probably an unusual resolution. So I took nut off where the adjustment screw is. The screw was spewing a lot of fluid out of it so I removed the adjustment screw and found the spring to be missing. I stole a screw out of a different Procon pump that was laying around here and put it back together. It is now working again, now I am also wondering if it has been not working for a long time and I just haven’t noticed since I just started working on the Automatic.

Yup, the spring puts pressure on the valve seat to let the pump make pressure.
