Weepmizer Output 2 programming.

Installing an Etowah Valley foam brush change over kit on my self serve bays. Cool system. Got it all wired up and plumbed, but am a little confused on programming the secondary output on the weepmizer. It has a factory setting of a lower limit of -22 and a high limit of 113. I would like the weepmizer to initialize the antifreeze foam brush switch over at 32 or 33 degrees. The manual says output 2 will remain ON when temp is between the -22 and 113. It will go off when below -22 or above 113. Do I need to set my lower limit to 32 degrees and high limit to 34 degrees, or am I not understanding this correctly?

Set LL to your desired turn on temperature (32 or 33 degrees)
Leave HL at 113 degrees.
