New year, new resolutions. The following is a fill in the blank question.

My 2024 goal(s) for my car wash include _____________________________________________________________________

install lp salt neutralizer / bug remover in ss bays including ten position rotary switches

install 5 more security cameras

put up new "car wash" plastic letters on building

Add booms to my vac Islands.
Replace floor heat boiler with a instant tankless system.

Remove rust/repaint the roof, re-sheet 2 bays, re-build 1 of the equipment room

Replace and reface pole sign with new graphics, add ATM .

Tidy up our landscaping.

Get the bays painted to freshen them up. I keep saying "When I have time..." but that doesn't happen, so we will hire a painter.

Keep our clean up staff, who have been excellent.

I installed new coin boxes last month.
I’m going to put new decals on the vacuum’s and seal coat the lot.
A good “spring cleanup”.

Continue improvements, finish our new reclaim system, add signage, improved lighting ( would love to add led light show to the iba's once I find an option at a reasonable cost. Adding full time sales person, continued growth in subscription club. Making more room in our equipment room by adding a shed for storage, installing air shammies in our SS.
