What are your wash prices vs. the competition?

I'm at $7,$9,$10, and $12. My average is $10.40

Closest EE is about 3.5 mi away and they're at $9,$12,$14, $18

Closest IBA that I've tried ( there are a few but this is the newest ) was $9 top wash.

I've been thinking I'm priced too high compared to my competition but I don't know....

If you’re averaging $10.40 with those prices I would say you’re priced just right.

$5 soap, hp rinse SFR

$7 undercarriage , CC & dryers

$8 3x foam + RainX

$10 is same as $8 but called our Dually wash. Only do about 25% of these, mainly cause it is for Duallys. Some customers want it no matter what

We are in the process of increasing our prices for S.S and Autos currently we are $9, $10, $11 in Autos and $3 in S.S. We are going to change the S.S to $3.50 and increase the Autos to $10, $11, $13 with a wash pkg change up as well. We are located next to a main highway and we get alot more of commercial traffic then with our residential customers as of recently we have been noticing a increase vehicles that have been so dirty it will literally shut us down at times. Having just got done with spending a lot of money on improvements (New Razor, New Extrutech Paneling, New LED lighting, New WashCard Pay by Phone Service) a price increase was necessary.

Ryko SGMAXX $8-$10-$13-$15, 86% are going with the $15. We wash a average 65 cars/day. I am on a very busy street around all the major stores.
HEB put in a new PQD360 with the top wash at $10-$1 with gas.
They might wash a few more cars than me, but I can’t complain about my numbers.

Would be very difficult for HEB to wash more than 65 C pd @ an unmanned PDQ 360
