My first question would be why is nothing salvageable. It may not be - just wondering.

The cost for a major equipment upgrade will vary immensely depending on who you go to.
How bad is your equipment? What exactly are you upgrading? All the stuff you listed after "less" is pretty much everything but the high-pressure pump stands, or did you mean everything except the building?

Why not check all the classifieds? I just upgraded my 7 Bay with a like new Coleman pump stand, 9 Coleman Combo Vacs and a boatload of extra parts for about 20k. There is not a huge abundance of equip. for sale right now but if you search around you will find some good quality used equipment for pennies on the dollar.

Renovation to this degree is essentially replacement cost new, plus.
So, like pulling a rabbit out of a hat, it may cost more than you believe.
Baseline for wand system is roughly $75 per SF floor area, excludes building.
Today, this equipment is being sold on basis of price so you should be able to do better.
Other expense is skilled labor and licensed professionals to first “remove” stuff then install and calibrate as well as shipping costs and miscellaneous items (i.e. cost of stuff broken during removal and install).
In Florida, add about $25 per SF making the total $100 per SF floor area. In northeast, total might be $150 per SF floor area due to differences in labor rates, fees, shipping, etc.
In Florida, the risk reward would be 0.04:1 ($3.60 revenue per SF / $100 per SF).
So my question is given the risk reward why bother?
As others suggested, a lower cost solution would be a better strategy.
