I am not sure what "white lip" means but it sounds like you might be talking about a Hamilton that has been retrofitted with a Mars MEI bill acceptor.

That sounds to me like a Mars AE2631D7 validator that has been retro fitted into a Hamilton changer. That retro fit kit runs about $550.00 or so.
