I've seen setups with separate lines for air for both tire cleaner and presoak, but it's completely unnecessary. I've even seen one with separate lines AND separate check valves for all four, and not only did it work poorly (Running the soap and air through a single check valve mixes it well) but the guy had all sorts of problems having four times as many check valves to fail.
