What size nozzle for SS triple foam

I am adding TF to by SS bays and wasn't sure what size nozzles I should be using. What works best? Thanks.

bought a new gun from autowashmaintenance and it came with a tip included.

no; never had a problem with the kleen rite lo ph conditioner turning to jelly.

I also use the same gun. Originally my TF system came with 4050 vee jets. Since I run foaming PS through the same gun, the 4050 nozzle was a little big. So I switched them out to 4040 vee jets. I tried several sizes and that tip gave me the best show comparing both products. The vee jet nozzles helps fan the products out.

Correction....

After getting home and checking....I use the Spraying Systems tip instead of Vee Jet...

I run my pump pressure at 80psi and 60 psi air...But both go through Kip Manifolds with 1/8" orifices. So that in itself is pretty restrictive. From the Kip manifolds I run 3/8" poly tubing out to the bays with foamers before it goes through the ceiling and into the boom....Changing any of these variables will change how the foam comes out the nozzle. My suggestion is do what I did...Order a few different sizes and give them a try. Choose the best one for your setup. I don't think you want to go with less than a 40 size nozzle or it will kill the foam. The 40 degree fan worked for me. But maybe at a higher pressure, the 25 degree fan works. Its a crap shoot!
