what sze tips is every one using?????

I prefer 2506, regular V-spray type. IMO the MEG and IMEG lose too much impact more than a foot away, and they can be dangerous up close.

I'm trying to find "regular V-spray type" nozzles in 1/8". All I find are 1/4" plastic or the VeeJet HVVSS max psi 1000#

Spraying Systems says they're only rated to like 400 PSI and doesn't recommend using them above that, but they did say there's not been an issue with being run well above that. I've been in this industry for 35 years and have never seen one fail, and I've used them at well over 2000 PSI.
