What would make foam brush leak liquid?

What kind of a solenoid are you using for foam brush chemical? I have found that one, or both of the o-rings on the kips will fail over time. They both sit between the solenoid and the block manifold or solenoid seat, whichever you're using.
My equipment is actually used. Its three years old. I will check the liquid solenoid when I get back up there today. How does the flowjet work? If liquid is leaking through solenoid wouldn't the air have to leak also to make it pump every once in awhile?

Flowjet should have pressure to the chemical solenoids, so if you have one that is not completely shutting off and dripping, it will pump as the pressure drops.
Your Flojet is dead headed against the FB soap solenoids. If you have a solenoid that leaks liquid, the flojet will cycle to maintain pressure against the solenoids. I guess you could have an air solenoid ahead of the flojet that opens when any bay is in use. Some equipment is set up this way to help protect from the issue your having. It could be bad or not seating as well. You'll need to check how your system is set up. If you don't have an air solenoid ahead of the flojet, change out the affected FB soap solenoid or check for debris like Mep suggested and you should be good to go.
