Especially older blowers? Or, is that an oxymoron? Ive had Autec & D&S, both 15hp & blew like a Typhoon, but just as loud!

Im looking for a used set of 15hp blowers, to set OUTSIDE the bay, that won't wake the neighbors, who are a block away.
Tryin to be proactive....

Outside the bay makes what you are going for a little tougher but I have seen these and they do cut the noise from what I call average. Not sure if this design is what you want for externals. Probably more of an arch is what you are looking for. A lot of the tunnel designers have silencing packages too can put on them. You would need a decibel reading to confirm whatever you buy as being “quieter”. There are a lot of external factors that play into the sound too. If you have a lot of concrete and storefronts across the street from your exit and next to you, they can act as echo chambers and bounce the sound around - keeping it live. Now if you are across the street from an open field, that will help your cause.

Those are aren't a bad idea. Anyone used rhese, &/or know the upfront cost?
