What's Up With Fragramatics?

So a couple of months ago I order various parts for my Fragramatics combo vacs. After the order I receive an email saying one of the parts is back ordered and will be a couple of weeks. What annoyed me about this is that I ordered it only and my credit card was charged when I purchased, not when it was shipped. With it being back ordered, I was essentially paying in advance. I informed them of this and they told me with online purchases, its hard to do.

So a month goes buy, still not shipped. I send an email...still waiting on a part that I can only get from them.

Another month goes by...nothing. I email the same person...no response. I forget about it and realize I now need one of the parts. So I email again a couple of days ago, no response.

As you may know, a few years ago they decided to only sell direct. Had a look at their Facebook and twitter site...nothing new on Facebook for over a year and one Tweet.

Not good...anybody else have issues?
 
I haven't bought for a year.
I know people that have had problems with different
places, and get better results with facebook or twitter
posts that explain the problem.
 
I have recently purchased a shampoo hose and received my order in a timely manner. They did have a booth at the show, which to me suggests they are serious about staying in business.
 
I called them two times in the last three months to place orders. Very happy with the time of delivery. Got it in three days. Last order they shorted me two items, called them they said no problem, got the two items in two days.

bigleo48, maybe you need to call them instead of e mail..
 
So after a couple of unanswered emails, I called them. They took a message for the rep I was dealing with. Didn't hear back. Called again, they told me the order had shipped yesterday or today. Asked for tracking number, they then told me the order had not shipped and they are now awaiting a part that they said they had when I originally ordered it months ago!?

I then explained to them that they needed a better way of communicating these delays to customers. I very much felt it fell on deaf ears.

Guess where I won't be shopping again....
 
Well I guess it didn't fall on deaf ears as I received an email from one of the owners and a partial refund. So that's a good sign and hopefully my experience was a one off.
 
I just placed a $725 order on Monday. It shipped out on Tuesday, and I am scheduled to have it Friday. That is pretty good in my book---provided everything is in the box.
