Can anyone help me on how to set wheel prox settings? I had a customer complain that the boom scraped the back of his F-250. Have had no other complaints but want to make sure that the gantry is going far enough behind the vehicle

Your safety eyes should keep that from happening. I think the prox counts a certain amount of pulses after the eyes make at the rear. I do not believe it is an item that can be changed. Have you checked your two sets of safety eyes?

The wheel prox setting can be changed at the read lion, factory setting is 10 ( I believe).
You may need to contact a serviceman at your dealer to get the password to allow you to reset.

ditto on the eye check. The only time I have had trouble is when something strange on the back was not seen by the eyes. I think factory setting is 8 counts.
