When and how often do you do a total cleaning of your bays - SS/IBA/Tunnel?

I'm talking ceiling to 'crete? I use KleenWall. I try to do it 1x year.

Do you guys just shut the bay down while you clean it during the day, try to do it at night, wait for a rainy day?

Just curious.

When necessary. It takes a couple years for the walls to look like they need cleaning. I use Klean Wall, now I brush it on 1:1 so there's almost no fumes and I don't have to wait for a rainy day. I just block off the bay next to the one I'm cleaning so I don't spray water over the bay wall on a customer.

What are you using to brush it? I spray it on, but the slightest wind causes it to blow back in your face, even with goggles it sucks.

I know you were quoting MEP but I made a wide brush ( screwed two together on a 3rd head) with soft bristles. Hopefully it'll clean as well while not using as much chem. I'll see...

An old foam brush head and handle. I don't scrub, I just mop it on and keep it wet for the 5 minutes it takes to work. I've tried scrubbing but it doesn't make any difference at all as far as I can tell, even tried Scotch Brite on a section of tiles and they didn't look any different.

I put a plug in the end of the handle after the first time when the Klean Wall ran down inside the tube onto my hand.

We clean the walls about every 6 months to keep them looking nice and clean. We like to clean the walls early in the morning when there is little or no wind or breeze. We use a ZEP hose end foam cannon and mix some foam brush soap into the mix so it’ll foam when it comes out of the foam cannon and there is little to no mist from the foam. We spray the mix on the wall, let it sit for a few minutes, back brush it with a nylon brush and rinse it off. It takes us about an hour and half or so to do a 6 bay car wash.

That's why I tried brushing it on, spraying it wasted about a third that just ended up on the floor. I used to use half a gallon to do one wall, now I can get one wall clean with a quart.

We clean our walls every month with soap and water as needed, we use NU-Wall from Arcadian Services about every 6 months on walls and ceiling. Very strong if you use, dilute about 3 - 5 to 1 with fresh water. Wear appropriate safety gear - face shield with googles and rain suit. You can also use on equipment, but should test first. Works better than anything I have tried.
