Which concentrates are better

We don’t have any problem mixing the Fonic wash PC-100 if you know how to follow simple directions and have a basic understanding of how to mix chemicals. You know there are 2 different Fonic wash products, DT-100 which is ready to use and PC-100 is a more concentrated product which you’re supposed to add 10 gallons of water to each 5 gallon pail. It only takes me less than 10 mintues to mix up a batch of soap, about once a month.

I didn't know about the PC-100 and can't find it on their website. Maybe it is made just for Kleen-Rite. We use Fonic pH Plus PR-180.

The Fonic pH Plus PR-180 is pretty hot stuff with a PH of 14. I think the Fonic wash PC-100 is made for Kleen-rite and it’s the same as the DT-100 without the water to make it more economical to ship. It has a PH of 7. I kick it up to to around 10 by adding Kleen-rite super wash presoak at the Hydrominder.

Any time I see where people have to manually mix a product with water and then put it online, red flags go up. For crying out loud, that is the way operators did this 40 years ago. Don't ask me how I know that. Just seems dumb to me. When you mix something on site there basically is no quality control.
Mac what are you using these days?

It is about 12 pH in the hydrominder tank with a red tip. We don't use it for presoak but we use it for HP soap and gets diluted down pretty far in the bay.
