White Spots

As pictured here, my location is dealing with streaks left on cars, dirt and white spots on the sides and backs of vehicles that we have sent through our wash. Unsure if it is an issue to do with the dryers in cold weather, the water softener, an issue with the chemicals. Has anyone else been having this issue?

Middle of the Ram truck shows that your side wrap around brushes are not meeting/overlapping on the rear of the vehicle, as there is a large stripe of dirt that has not been touched at all. Is this tunnel or friction IBA wash? What equipment is being used? White spots look to be a water quality and/or poor rinsing issue.

It looks like the Ram with the TMP plate was cleaned better (but still not good) than Ram with the TGN plate - maybe a hitch on that one and not in the other? Do you have some sort of wrap retract for hitches?
