I am fortunate to live in SW Fl where we are in the subtropics. Most all building colors fit this well. Except one local wash that painted his black. I was going to post a picture but thought better of that. You might find it on Google earth on Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral, FL It sits on expensive real estate. That’s one of my competitors.

The only car washes I could find on Del Prado Blvd were “Billy Bob’s” and “Paradise auto wash” in Cape Coral.

Billy Bob's looks like a pretty nice car wash on Google. Please take some happy snaps Mac so we can enjoy the new look.

Maybe it’s painted black so people can’t see it at night and hang out/vandalize the place. 😆

The thermal heat gain in the equipment room must be unbearable.
I used to run an old wash that had four inches of concrete on the roof with black waterproofing tar on top of that. It would still be 145° inside the room at 10:00 at night.

Looks like the seafoam green on the inside upper walls might have that tropical/Florida color vibe.
