Why Must I Beg?

I have asked each of the 2 major carwash supply houses twice for Little Trees Decals. Both catalogs say they are free. They also say they put the order in with another company (little trees?) for the decals.

I've been patient, but a month wait is ridiculous and poor service.

What gives??? Send me the decals and quit making me chase this!

That suprieses me. I have never had an issue getting decals. What ones are you looking for? I probably have them.

Didn't you order the decals when you ordered the Little Trees? That's when they are FREE. If you don't buy the Little Trees from the supplier then the Decals aren't FREE. The 5 Column Decal already has Strawberry, Pine, Vanilla, New Car and Coconut.

Yes, that's when I first requested decals and then again later when I ordered more. They should have come a month or more ago!

I've never had a problem getting decals from Kleen-Rite, even when ordering decals separately from product. Are you looking for the inserts for a 5-column vendor?

I've noticed the single-column decals are each made with the appropriate fragrance printed on it instead of sending a separate insert. I just wish they'd get rid of the blond chick.

My recent order to Kleen-rite for "black ice" and "new car" air fresheners and the respective decals arrived yesterday with both decals back ordered.
