or should they stay unfrozen with no tip.

I also try to change the tips when it warms so its not wide open so who knows what im really even running mix wise

Whats the easiest way to run it thru the arch on a laser 4000
right know it runs thru the pods but they freeze to with no tip on hydraflex

on my 4000
i run low ph then high ph then 3x thru the pods, hp rinse, wax, sf, dryer

what option could i use to run it thru the arch (?run as drying agent with water saver?) or is there another open solenoid on the lp side?

is your trough insulated?
I also use KR soap and it does not freeze at recommended dilutions. Although yes, wind chill does cause me to change the dilution a bit sooner.

I’m not a fan of any of the no freeze soaps. Expensive and use a lot. I tried the KR winter soap last year and had to mix with no tip below 25 degrees. Below 20 it would freeze in the brush handle. Switched back to my soap distributors no freeze product this year and have been okay .....no freezing with temps in the teens.

You can run trifoam through the laser spray arch at low pressure. If your machine has six danfoss valves i think you would use the foaming wax option to do this. Check with tdlconcepts or getnbusy. I know that they both do this.
