Wrap RPM and Chain Speed

Does anyone know the basic relationship of wrap RPM to Chain Speed?
Jeard it somewhere. May have been on Sonny's site, but cannot find it now.

The chart does not indicate whether it is for cloth or foam. The Peco manual has a different formula for the cloth wraps, so it might vary manufacturer to manufacturer.

From the Peco manual.

Brush rotation must be same as above diagram. This unit is designed to rotate at 60-70 RPM for cloth
material. Foam brushes should spin at 85-100 RPM. Faster or slower speeds may damage vehicle or
equipment.
