WW 1.0 "Pausing" Now During Rocker Panel After Red Lion Software Upgrade?

I recently bit the bullet and purchased two exit side vinyl doors for my two Water Wizard 1.0 machines. I wanted to use both my old entry side door and my new exit side doors such that both would be down during customers' washes during cold nights. This required an upgrade of the software in my Red Lions from version 14.2 to version 14.4. Ever since this upgrade, I've been experiencing an intermittent problem where when the Rocker Panel kicks on, it temporarily pauses after it starts and then it kicks back on? This can't be good on my CAT pumps. The pause usually lasts around .5 seconds but I thought I caught it the other day lasting up to four seconds long. Anyone else ever experience such "quirkiness" w/ their WW 1.0 machines after upgrading their Red Lion's software? Thanks so much. - Carl

Check the program to see if it has a boom down turned on with the side blaster , this boom down is for an extra bug pass if programed in.
it could be set at 0 seconds and bumping the pump real quick.
We also had a problem with a program that would not work and we could not reprogram it after an upgrade version was installed, just deleted it and used another number.
Just something to check

Great Idea!

Robtl - That's a great idea! Something I hadn't thought of. It's worth my trying to just create a whole new recipe, inputting the same wash passes as my problematic washes seem to happen. If that "double starting" problem goes away, then this mystery will then be solved! I'll log back in here to let you know how it goes after I try this. Thanks for your help. - Carl :)
