The guy that installed my wash (JCC WW 2.0) said in a recent phone conversation that he thought he knew of a way to make the WW 2.0 go one distance past the rear of the vehicle on presoak, but stop closer to the rear on the wash pass where the boom goes down on the rear. I am familiar with how to set the counts past the rear but that value changes presoak pass and wash pass. He said it was some backdoor in that he got from a JCC tech in an email, but he didnt have it with him and would have to call me back. I respect this guys technical expertise, as he installed our entire wash with no problems, and has helped me with some other technical issues that have arisen since install, but as he and my distributor have recently been at odds about some things, I hesitate to call again and bug him about this issue. Does anyone have any knowledge on how to do this?
