Hi I need Some help!! my water wizard 2.0. has been stopping at different positions of a wash and the the scrolling sign saying " Exit Slowly". I cant figure out why it would do this. Please help Thank you so much.

This could be from multiple causes. Check the display of the red lion controller which will give you an idea as to why. (Water run out, pre soak low, hub scrubs not retracting......) too many possibilities. Search the alarm history and go through the faults

Yes, as mentioned check your alarms on the screen. Go to the permanent alarm record and scroll through those.

Make sure your time and date is accurate so you can cross reference the alarm with a wash.

It shows alarm 46 Gantry home proxy turned ON eventhough gantry position was greater then 0 counts.

Could be metallic obstruction on the bay floor (foil) or a faulty home prox sensor. Try sweeping the bay floor first, then unscrew the cable on the home prox, spray the electrical pins with wd40 and re connect it, checking to ensure the sensor is not loose. (The home prox is found by removing the bottom drivers side panel, then it is pointing down at the floor on the exit side of the wash). If this doesn't work, replace the sensor.
