WW Profile MAX vs MARK VII SoftWash XT

I am looking to getting a profile max but just found out my only other in bay automatic competitor who had an old broken ryko is currently installing a brand new SoftWash XT. Feel free to reply to this thread with your opinion on both the prices, reliability, wash quality, customer service, part availability, efficiency, and overall experience for both machines.

Best advice is go ahead & get the Profile. It offers an alternative.
Why are you doing friction, & not touchless? Touchless may be a better alternative....

located in Hawaii and touchless would not do so well as out dirt/dust is very sticky and very hard to get off with just a touchless wash... many customers would not be happy with the results

I purchased another wash in November and it has 2 mark vii’s. One is soft touch only and the other is the “choice wash” unit. I didn’t know these machine but so far I’m really happy w them. The choice wash especially because there will always be a market for touchless. It’s nice to be able to offer both!!
