Looking to purchase a new friction machine and have looked at these two machines and trying to decide which one would be the best for me. WW seems to have a strong customer service program but I haven't' heard much good or bad about D&S in that regard. I've used both machines and they both did a nice job of washing and have a nice appearance for the customer. The only real difference on the two that I went through were the wheel brushes on the WW vs jets/blasters on IQ. The profile is priced slightly higher than the IQ, they both appear to have similar function so looking to hear from some current users or someone that has experience with both machines to offer some advice.

The Profile also has jet/blasters for their wheel washers. They come either way. Ours are the high-pressure spinners and they work great, with no damage claim problems, which sometimes happens with the brushes, which is what we experienced with our Tandem.
