My WW1.0 won't move. I checked the 0 on the Id16 and it was out. It's not the Id16 itself, i tested it. I thought it was the cable for the Height determining eye, because it wasn't geting 24v to the sensor. So i changed it out and put a new sensor on as well. Still nothing. To make matters worse the ECC is not reading any of the sensors. Talked with JC service tech and said it might be the cpu. I replaced it but now the 12 on the ROC16 is off. Any Ideas?

Could be a home prox or a boom arm prox. I do not have my chart in front of me for the ID's you are talking about.

I forgot to mention that the auto cashier light won't go off. I can't reset it. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I have been down ar too long and it is driving me crazy.

Buzzie8, I checked all my sensors and cables. I replaced a few of the cables and a couple of sensors that were bad. The only sensor that i can't get to work is the height dertermining eye reciever. I'm geting 24v to the sensor but it won't come on. I'm pretty sure that's why the 0 on the Id16 is off. Tried different sensors on the chance that one was bad (eventhough they were new).

You need to tackle these problems one at a time. I know it is hard when there are multiple things going on. First thing I would do is to try pulling out a relay in your ECC panel that you know is working and switch it with the relay that is in the Auto Cashier relay that will not turn off. If you have the same symptom switch it back. I would probably use one for the "back up" light or some other relay that does not do too much. The height adjustment eyes do not really do anything that would cause this, but I would disconnect one of them to take them out of the equation anyway. Now, the gantry will not move if it thinks the boom arm is down. It senses that the boom is down from the prox sensors that are located near the arm that the boom travels up and down on. Take a prox that you know is working and one by one take the two (maybe three) proxes out and replace them with the one you know is working. After you put it in each time, check and see if the gantry will move up and down the track. Also make sure that the end of track prox is ok by doing the same thing if the boom arm proxes check out OK. PM me if you have trouble with any of these instructions or if you need additional help and I will send you my phone number to discuss.

Two things I would check first
1- check to see if you have power coming out of the drive amplifier.
2- Check all grounds in gantry.
