WW2.0 Goes all to the end of the tracks both end, boom doesnt come down

Hi, I got a WW2.0 that for some reason goes to both end of the track when it work and the boom doesn't come down, as if the whole measurement system is off. I get Alarm 100 "Measurement eye was not ON at the start of the wash, check for loose connections", and then Alarm 68,69 because the machines goes to both ends. I changed one of the prox sensor on the measurement wheel since the light was not turning on when in fron of metal (but that could be just the light bad not the sensor).
What's this Measurement Eye in Alarm 100? Thanks

Cant speak for the 68/69 errors (other than check your home and end-of-track prox switches and then your prox wires, if needed). We just fixed a Measurement Eye issue on our WW 2.0. I am assuming you have already tested your boom measurement eyes, to make sure they are working? If you have, the next step may be replacing eye cables. We probably replace an eye/prox cable or two per year at our wash (2 WW's).

Your measurement eye transmitter or receiver is bad. They are mounted inside the gantry looking at a diagonal angle. Look on your door label and find the proper input and see if the light is on. I think they are on the 2008 input card.

Yes, the Measurement eye was totally off, changed it and BOOM all good again. Good thing I had a spare, also easy to change. I should have started from the eyes than the prox sensors. What misled me was the fact that the light on the 1prx sensor was not turning on when it was in front of metal. So now I know sometime prox sensors are good but just the light is bad.
