Hello, it seems like soap comes out on the HP Wax pass exactly when the boom is coming up while washing the back of the cars. Not sure if that's some soap left from previous passes which is Triple Wax/Shine (Although I changed that pass from HP Wax to HP Rinse and I don't see the soap anymore). I thought perhaps there is soap somehow mixed with the chemical I use but then why it does it only when the boom comes up while doing the back of the car. Could there be a solenoid or a plunger opening up somewhere while not supposed to?

Could your wax for the hp wax be contaminated? Sound like the wax is wrong. Or if you are on hydrominders and the tank system, you may have a cracked weld between a tri foam tank and the h.p tank! To check this just switch off the water supply to the wax tank and drain it. Then grab a coffee, wait a while and see if the water level in the tank has raised up. If it has you have a cracked weld. I have had this happen a few times

I use foaming CCP products and mine looks like that.
Thanks Greg, so you see some bubbles too?

Thanks CarwashIrland, I did exactly what you said above and no leak from the tipple shine tank beside it. I cleaned the tank pretty good and while filling it up noticed some bubbles which are not necessarily soap. I also while the machine was washing my car, tried to touch the bubbles but don't feel like soap. Do you see bubbles on your Wax pass aswell? I guess depends on the chemical brand as Greg pointed out above.

my chemical is SuperDry manufactured by AccuChem. They might be only in Canada.

Thanks guys my chemical supplier suggested to reduce the wax meter tip and it seems less bubbly....but its really helpful to know that wax can also look bubbly abit...
