WW2.0 with wheel scrubber

I have a new (2 days old) WW2.0 with the wheel scrubber. It is the same wheel scrubber that is on the fusion & Efusion. I have noticed several issues with it and am wondering if anyone else has had these issues. First is a lot of cars don't pull all the way on the treadle - just enough to start the wash. The wheel scrubber uses the treadle position as the center of the front wheel. So when they are not all the way on the treadle it washes the front half of the wheel and tire -- not the wheel. I am considering putting a bigger bump (pressure treated 2x4?) on the entry side of the treadle to make cars jump it a little harder and end up further onto the treadle. Another issue is cars with spoked wheels with big gaps between the spokes. It will wash the front of the wheel & tire, then the back half of wheel and tire, then skip the rear wheel. The last issue is the lower guide rails to accomadate the wheel scrubber. There is also a gap in the guide rails at the treadle. I see a big opportunity for someone to hit my gantry, particlularly the wheel scrubber on the way out. Has anyone else seen these issues with their machines? Any solutions?

Since they came back and fixed both of mine from striped gears, they work fine. They would not find the wheels at first, JC told the distributor to move the prox's further from the prox wheel and it works great, right on.
