Has anyone been able to tie into the flashing green button on their Cryptopay swipers for count up sites? All my locations are equipped with count up Cryptopay attached to Ginsan push button meter plates. As a result, I have a number of customers push the “stop” button when they’re done using the wash instead of the “flashing green button” on the swiper. Of course, since the bay function turns off, they think the charges ended and drive away. Next thing I get is a 1 star review online for overcharge or an angry call to my complaint line. All the signs posted in the world doesn’t change this either. Question is, has anyone been able to tie into the Cryptopay end charge button on the swiper and tie it into the stop button or dial located on the meter plate to also work as a end charge button? You can see on my meter plate the stop button in the upper right and the multiple notices in and under the swiper to end charges. People just never read.
