Do you really need new metal for that? Can you just rework the metal withepoxy and put new overlays on? I did and it saved me a bunch of $$$$$.

I had 5 new ones made by hydrospray about 5 years ago, 3 of them are OK after about 3 trips and over a month to get them back. < they are the D/H time manager boxes. On the other 2 they didn't punch the holes for cryptopay swipers and the small hole below the center hole for the rotary switch was not right, and I also had 2 new faceplates from older DH max vacll that need studs removed and replaced in a different location so I can mount dixmor timers in them. I wanted to see if anyone had good luck with getting lids made anywhere else but I don't want to wait 2 months to get them done. Anyway I found a local guy that can fix the ones I have, so for now I am going that route.

I've done it many times, mostly with the older GinSan pushbutton doors. I just strip the decal and cover the holes on the outside with masking tape and use the syringe-mixer type epoxy tube and squeeze it in. JB Weld epoxy in separate bottles works too. I just leave a good bit of a mound to give good adhesion - the first one I did that way, some of the epoxy plugs got pushed through. If it's a large hole, cut a thin piece of metal and tape it on the inside. You want the epoxy to seep between the door and the metal to glue it on. I can usually get it almost level, preferably overfilled a bit so I can sand off the excess and cover it with a full-door decal.
