Go find out all the ones that are in the area that are not owned by a large chain and ask if they are willing to sell. Many times people are thinking of selling but have not made the commitment to put it on the market yet.

1 for sale in Texarkana, but that doesn't help. It actually shut down. But cpuld be pretty profitable.

Wash in Texarkana sold for $1mil. After checking demographics, that was probably a lil high. But don't all those sell just a lil high...?
