Looking to purchase Express Wash in the Houston Texas market. Please advise if anyone knows of any out there.

No one sells an express wash unless it's failing, in fact they usually don't sell them at all but instead let the bank foreclose.
 
Go find out all the ones that are in the area that are not owned by a large chain and ask if they are willing to sell. Many times people are thinking of selling but have not made the commitment to put it on the market yet.
 
1 for sale in Texarkana, but that doesn't help. It actually shut down. But cpuld be pretty profitable.
Couple yrs ago, somebody put on here who the Big dogs in Houston were. Can't remember who they were though...

Wash in Texarkana sold for $1mil. After checking demographics, that was probably a lil high. But don't all those sell just a lil high...?😰🙄
