Do you have cameras in the bay? When mine trips it's because it caught onto either a ball hitch, or an object the brushes love to hang on and never let go.

I do have a camera showing the entrance to the wash. It doesn't do it on every wash. The wash is always at the back when it kicks. I have to reset it and manually walk it fo the front. It has done it on my truck a couple times. I never have my trailer hitch in when I wash it. Next time it does it, I'll take a picture and post it. It did it yesterday with a customer with a truck with no hitch. I reset it and walked it forward and had the customer try again and it did fine. Thanks for your help

Please look inside your control cabinet and you should find a blue label that shows what that circuit protector should be set to. Make sure it's set properly. Most likely it's exactly what Steve mentioned tripping on some area of the vehicle that is catching the brush. The second most likely would be a motor that is beginning to fail, or third, it could be a circuit protector that needs replaced.
