MEP001 Yes, if I rinse, pre soak, brush and high pressure soap then rinse it will get clean.
AutoWashMan I did have a blendco system in place till about 1 1/2 years ago I thought the cost was getting high. I have been having good luck with the products I have till now but have the blendco system still if I want to go back.
Yes I am using a 2 stage high and low ph in the touchless
Thanks for all the response I am sure I will get this figured out shortly for my customers. I appreciate the advice.

That pretty much confirms that there's not something in your system leaving a deposit on the finish.

To make sure your softener is working properly, buy a hardness test kit and check it every day.

You need to find a knowledgeable, reliable chemical rep. Time is money and bad performance loses customers. You could work on this problem for a long time by yourself without solving it. A good chemical rep should be able to resolve the issue quickly.
what's the best way to find a good chemical rep for my 3 bay SS?
