Does anyone have a breakdown of their operating expense for their in bay automatics? water, electricity, chemicals, credit card fees, maintenance cost, and insurance?
You are a good owner coach - you’re turning out clean cars, making customers happy and making a living on it!I should prolly be a better owner, but... i don't really know. I make 6x what i do coaching, so IDGAS.
or do you have any idea of what percentage of your gross is profit and what is expenses... for example if you operating at 50% profit and 50% expensesI havent reanalyzed my expenses since everything started going up to see what its costing me per aash
When i first opened my basic wash was $6 and it cost me just over $2. With all the chemical cost increasing monthly its hard to stay on top of the cost analysis but ive gone up my wash prices recently also to help offset.or do you have any idea of what percentage of your gross is profit and what is expenses... for example if you operating at 50% profit and 50% expenses
