I should prolly be a better owner, but... i don't really know. I make 6x what i do coaching, so IDGAS. ise Warsaw & Quest products & customers like it cause cars are clean & shiny.

Im gonna guess i have 15% of expenses, not including mortgage.
Factor in mortgage & prolly about 30% expenses & about 70% net...?

You are a good owner coach - you’re turning out clean cars, making customers happy and making a living on it!

or do you have any idea of what percentage of your gross is profit and what is expenses... for example if you operating at 50% profit and 50% expenses

When i first opened my basic wash was $6 and it cost me just over $2. With all the chemical cost increasing monthly its hard to stay on top of the cost analysis but ive gone up my wash prices recently also to help offset.

Yes, gas is only used a couple months a year and is used to heat the equipment room and the floor heat in the bays.

AS it says to the left of my posts, I'm in Southern TN. Averaged over the year, gas is probably less than a penny.
