Because they already have all the information they are asking for through Income Tax and State Licenses. This is just another over reach of gov't that creates waste and cost tax payers more money. I'm hoping they saw the Trump Train coming and getting this shut down before he has to do it!

There is no problem. As long as the injunction is in place, you don't have to file. If it is overturned before January 1, the deadline will stand. If the court ruling overturns it after Jan 1, a new deadline will be set, probably 30 days. It takes about 10 minutes to file, there's not going to be a problem.

I just today received an email from my bank describing the process and a link to registration. Crazy thing is that the bank and government already have all that they are requesting when account was opened and the LLC established. Guess one computer cannot talk to another.
