I did mine in about 10 minutes while drinking coffee one morning. My accounting firm sent me an email offering to do it for a fee. Once I looked into it it didn't look like anything too difficult, So I just did it myself.

I don't see what the big deal is why not just do it?

Because they already have all the information they are asking for through Income Tax and State Licenses. This is just another over reach of gov't that creates waste and cost tax payers more money. I'm hoping they saw the Trump Train coming and getting this shut down before he has to do it!

Exactly the problem I alerted Hey Vern to. Lower court gets overruled and you are in a time crunch or in violation. ,
There is no problem. As long as the injunction is in place, you don't have to file. If it is overturned before January 1, the deadline will stand. If the court ruling overturns it after Jan 1, a new deadline will be set, probably 30 days. It takes about 10 minutes to file, there's not going to be a problem.

OK Folks - If you choose to follow Hey Vern's advice make sure you get his legal malpractice carrier information just in case he's wrong.

for particpants, if any of your submitted data and source documents ever change, you have to update the database within 30 days or you are in violation. When you renew your driver license, get back into that criminal data base and update it with your new issue and expiration dates.

Why? Is there anything you told them they didn't know or couldn't easily find out?
No... but the government dolts were obviously having trouble managing the data they already have. They just couldn't connect the dots. We did that for them.

Why should we have to do the government's job if they already have all the info, sounds like their problem they are trying to dole on to us, they business owners.

Lot of fear mongering going on here I see.

The all knowing Earl has spoken! The sky is falling and we'll all be sent to prison. If you know what's good for you, you'll bow down and obey your government overlords every whim.

Simply a question of Cost vs Risk,
