I made the switch to TSYS merchant solutions last July because they made me an offer I couldn't pass up. Their rates are definately cheaper than I was paying with my old credit card services but I was sold a bill of goods that was never delivered. They offered me four $100 in prepaid visa cards to make the switch to cover early termination fees of my old credit card providers. I was to recieve 1 a month until I recieved all 4. Unfortunately its going on 7 months now and to date I have only recieved $100 of my $400 promised to me. Since then I have had major problems with their service so they agreed to send me a 5th card and I also had a customer referral for a sixth card. I have emailed and called them over and over again about this issue. They still continue to tell me they are working on it but I am begining to believe this is a bait and switch tatctic. I am now owed $500 in prepaid visa cards and doubt I will ever see them. Be warned if you are offered prepaid gift cards to make the switch. You probably are not going to get them. Anyone else having these issues with them?

I haven't had any issues with them thus far. Have you called Roger and talked to him directly?

I don't deal with Roger. I deal with a different lady. Could you send me Rogers contact info. Maybe he can help me get this resolved. I find it very hard to find anyone with any authority when you call them.

Did you have any problem getting a statement from them?

I’ve found that large percentage of the people who sell credit card services don’t actually work for the company they are selling services for. They are independent vendors or contractors. I’ve had some pretty “wild I can do this for you” claims over the years. If it sounds too good it’s more than likely not going to happen. They’ll promise you the moon to get you signed up, they want that residual swipe fee every month.

I have TSYS, and haven't had any problems since I switched a couple of months ago. Then again, I didn't get the $100 card offer either. :-(

I worked with John, very helpful. Contact info below.
