High PH followed by Low PH. Side blasters use a Wanner H-25 and the rinse uses a Wanner H-35.

Have you calculated your cost per car for these HP applications including water and electricity? I think my wheel blasters were about 10 cents per car, as was my top blaster.

Hi Jon, Where do you apply your triple foam product in the tunnel? Is it Before the mitter curtain and HP arch?

Yes. Foam wax then front to back mitter followed by diagonal mitter followed by HP rinse.

Washnshine, here are a couple of more videos of my side blasters and high pressure rinse.

Hi Jon,

The side blasters shown in this video are great. I read one of your posts that you mentioned that you built it. Could you Please tell me how to build it with which height and material.

I currently have a hi pressure ossilating lower pressure rocker pressure from Hanna that I hate.

My back room has a Hydra Cell 25X and 10Hp motor that I can hook it up to it.

Also, on the last video I noticed that you have a top high pressure nozzles, side nozzles and a rim spinner. Do all 3 operate on 1 pump?

Thanks!

For the side blasters I use an H-25 pumping station that is 20gpm @ 800psi. In the bay I used a couple of old stantions from a set of rocker panel brushes and made manifolds out of 304 stainless pipe. There are 3, 3gpm nozzles on each side. The HP rinse is pwered by an H-35 pumping station rated at 35gpm@800 psi.

Thank you very much for the info! How long is the length in height for the stainless steel pipe for the side blasters?
