We have been running the ver-tech line for 4 months now and it's working quite well. Some of the road film wasn't coming off and now we're into winter so I'll have to reevaluate in the spring.
My rep told me once it's dialed in I should be at around 1.50 chem cost for top wash. We'll see if that holds true. I also am hoping to tour their facility. It's only about a 20 minute drive from my house.
Overall quality of how well it cleaned. I'm just looking for consistency. My car didn't have many bugs but it was quite dirty. Passed the white towel test. I'll try them and I can always change later if I'm not happy.
I'm getting a laserwash 360+ installed in August. Curious if anyone has any experience with ver-tech labs for chemicals. My rep is swearing up and down that is amazing and I went through a wash they installed that uses that product and it was great. I'm mostly interested in their tru pearl...
I'm in MN and they use road salt which is great for business. Out of curiosity, anyone change their presoak for the season? I've been using an alkaline year round but would their be a benefit to changing it in the winter to neutralize the salt? A little late now being the snow is gone figured...
Our fleets love it. They manage their own billing online by logging into their account. They can pay their bill, deactivate cards, request new cards, etc. You can control pricing by product instead of a set amount for everything. I had a screen break and they covered the cost of a new one...
Can do. I'll snag some pictures tomorrow. I don't know your set up but I converted 6 ss bays, 2 vacs that now read credit card and fleet cards, the pet wash, I have the portal ti for the automatic so I had to integrate a separate panel for it to get the rfid reader working. Everything is...
I use the baystation from washcard for the self serve. It works great and takes card, cash, coin, and mobile pay with a qr code. It's a digital screen that works as a slideshow so you can make more money advertising for other businesses. Another added benefit is if there is an issue you can...
It's a good machine, just too many problems. We get probably 3 different faults every day and always something new. I've talked with Natale in support and he is absolutely fantastic but it's to the point where even he can't do much. This machine was a Frankenstein before I took it over.
On the first pass they do because they tilt. I disabled that feature because it would pick up on the resistance touching the wall so it thought the brushes were on the vehicle. Straight up and down they don't.
I have a 13'4" bay that currently has an istobal m22 in it. I'd like to replace it with something similar but clearly the issue is how narrow the bay is. Anyone know if there is anything out there that will fit aside from what I'm currently running? Also tossing the idea around of a mini tunnel...
