    I was doing a quick search to start looking for an appraiser for a self service car wash I'm buying when I found a comment you made in a post last year. Can you point me in the direction of someone who could do an appraisal of a car wash in upstate SC? I'm just getting started putting together what I need for due dilligence.

    That is perfect information and will at the very least get me pointed in the right direction! My mom is from Washington state and still has a vacation home there. It's tops on my list of places I'd move to if I ever needed or wanted to relocate.

    Originally from Renton outside of Seattle, and still has family there. She has a small cabin on Whidbey Island and splits her time between there and NC about half the year. I'll give Scott a call this week. Thanks :)
