i have a Mark VII unit. It will shut off if my main water pressure drops low. If it drops to about 20 psi it will shut it down until pressure returns to about 40 psi. It is also possible your pressure switch is going bad. I would add a gauge before and after the filters.

Well that is what this whole discussion is about is trying to figure that out. It has been a process of elimination. Right now I think the pump isn't pumping the correct amount of water. So that affects the ozone because it doesn't has as much suction to add it to the water.

Sounds like the thing you are pushing on is a flow switch. Does it screw into the boiler. If so unscrew it and look to see if the flapper on the end is broke. If it is it wont sense flow.

The tanks are bigger than they call for but they said that was better. No Leaks all the fittings that were broke have been fixxed. I have already sent the ozone back to them to check and they said it was ok.

How about all the connections to the rotary switch all the way back to your equipment room. check to see if you have any stray wires making a connection. Such as when you make your connections and twist the wires to put in connectors. Make sure now loose stands are touching the wrong connector.

do you have a rotary switch out in the bay? If so it sounds like it is making the connection out there. Try a new switch our swap from another bay and see what happens.
