Fill in the blank: The nice thing........................._______________________

Not having to worry about weep, lines freezing, ice on floors, doors not working, or collecting $ in the freezing cold. Really is night and day between summer and winter mindset regardless of business being good or not. Can't relax at all in the winter whether it's busy or not since I have to...

Fuse keeps blowing on Coleman Vac

Randy, I am aware about never putting in a larger fuse, but to my defense, I checked another vac and it had a 15 amp, so I thought maybe the 3amp was incorrect. The 15 was on a combo vac. Not sure if it had a larger fuse on purpose or by accident.

Fuse keeps blowing on Coleman Vac

Same here, never had a mercury relay go bad. When I first worked on it, fuse was blown and would blow as soon as I put in another 3amp fuse. I had a 5 amp and it blew as well instantly. Just putting fuse in. I put the 15 in and was able to turn vac on and off and use it with no issues. It...

Fuse keeps blowing on Coleman Vac

I'm hoping the timer is fine as it came on today for a little before the transformer blew again. Good idea on one thing at a a time . This Vac only has the timer, coin acceptor, Cryptopay and a motor relay, so not really much going on.

Fuse keeps blowing on Coleman Vac

I did replace the fuse initially with another 3 amp and it popped right away. Put in a 15amp and it worked, but then after I left the transformer died. Today I when I swapped the transformer I forgot the 15am in there and everything seemed to work. I took the 15 out and put in a 3 and the new...

Fuse keeps blowing on Coleman Vac

I have a Coleman SuperVac that keeps blowing the fuse. It is a vac only unit. It had a 3 amp fuse in it and I didn't have any, so I put in a 15amp and then the transformer blew. I replaced it and the new transformer blew as well. Not much to the vac, what could be causing the surge? Only...

    Ballpark figure on Profile

Similar to the Profile in price. I have a regular Tandem, not the Surfline. They quoted about the same as a Profile when quoting the Surfline.

Looking for a Mobile App for Self Serve and IBA

That overcharge was on 6/5, must be due to the Coinless issues you spoke of. Same here, Coinless portal didn't show the charges, but CardPointe did. I knew from my daily email showing income. No way I had $900 in one day lol.

Looking for a Mobile App for Self Serve and IBA

I had a customer that was charged $878 after using the app, so I refunded him the emailed support . First, I've never had this happen. 2nd, Braden answered the email.... Anyone know if he's back in the fold?

Looking for a Mobile App for Self Serve and IBA

I received the same email, but with my name listed of course. Hoping they actually keep it and make it better, but worst case I'm ok if they just keep it going. I do have another location I would love to add if they start allowing that.

Dencar Technology Retrofit Doors (ACW Goldline)

You can purchase memberships with the retrofit doors, but it's not as great a sales tool as the other screens. On the larger screens if you select a single wash, then it will say "save 67% and purchase a monthly pass" or something similar. On the small screens, you have to select purchase...

Replacing "STOP" with "PAUSE" on Self Serve Decal?

My latest doors say "Equipment Safety Stop" and I have not had a single call from that location due to pressing the wrong button. I bet it said pause, some people would expect charges to pause as they detail wheels or bucket wash.

any awesome tricks for keeping the cameras dry?

location of camera is only thing you can mess with. Usually it clears up, but several of mine have gotten moisture inside. Those I have to replace. Still have not found a model that didn't end up with moisture inside my auto bays.

changing coleman display timers 1034s to a LED6

Whenever I swapped a 1034S to a Dixmor, I would always have to swap one wire and disconnect another. It's been a while, so can't remember which exactly, but look at a wiring diagram and it will make sense.

    Oil Seals 5CP2120W

You can separate the head while on there. You will need to disconnect some hoses in order to have room. It's not hard. I usually remove the whole head only when swapping it with a new sleeved head.
