Just an FYI most people in my state will run soft water for chemicals only. Use hard for rinse passes. Not only does it save a ton on salt but the hard water breaks down the foam from previous chemical passes quicker and better then soft water.

Again it's a setting on your machine. You must be missing something or your close signal for both doors is not wired correctly. Your common is white and your close is red. Make sure there wired correctly to your close relays as a dry set of contacts normally open. If they are then its your settings.

Yes like others said mount below the HP boom and use STAINLESS threaded rod through the wall with plates and washers. Also do not level the mounting plate for the boom. You want it pitched down a little bit so gravity brings the boom back to the wall.
